Dead Mouse and the Dirty Ground

Mat stepped on a dead mouse this morning. Boy was he not happy. All I hear is UGH UGH UGH UGH and gagging noises and I'm like "oh did you step in cat puke?" since unfortunately that is not unheard of in our household. And hes like I REALLY HOPE SO BUT I THINK IT WAS A MOUSE. I try to assure him no no no what are the chances of that but then I turn the light on and put my trusty glasses on and BOOM it is a mouse and OH GOD IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!

 BARRRRRRRRRF!!!! Then being the caring, loving fiance that I am I cleaned it up, gagging the entire time, so he wouldn't have to.  Oh man I can't state enough how gross it was. It might just haunt me forever. Silly mouses, why don't you just move out!! The cats live here now and THERE IS NO HOPE FOR YOU!!
